FTNI’s ETran solution helps customers streamline payment processing and minimize risk by consolidating Remote Deposit Capture, single and recurring ACH and credit/debit card transactions, on a single platform, in a managed services environment. FTNI’s unique data structure and open API architecture allows FTNI to not only process and archive payments efficiently but to also easily reflect those payments, real-time or batch, in the merchant’s accounting system.
ServicesWe offer a single product, ETran, along with services associated with its implementation and ongoing support. The product is a SaaS ePayments platform that allows merchants to accept checks, ACH transactions and credit/debit payments from a single thin client platform. In addition, ETran has been enhanced to also provide our financial services customers with an ID Validation module to provide Patriot Act compliance. The services FTNI offers relate specifically to the customization and support of the solution to meet each customer’s unique needs. We also make available a variety of check scanning equipment though we can adapt to all models offered by popular manufacturers.
