Business DescriptionThank you for your inquiry into our apartments. We will have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available for the time frame that you are looking to move. We offer two style floor plans for both units a basic and a deluxe. The basic one bedroom is 870 sq ft and the two bedrooms basic is 1000sqft. The one bedroom deluxe is 890sqft and the two bedrooms deluxe are 1100sqft. The only main difference between the two besides the square footage is that the deluxe includes and full size washer and dryer in the unit. You can however, rent a portable washer and dryer to use in the basic unit. The one bedroom is starting off at only $799 and the two bedrooms are starting off at only $899. We do offer the rental partnership program for active duty military. The program lowers your rent and waives the deposit the only thing you have to do is set you rent payment up in an allotment to us. If you choose to do this program the application fee and cleaning fee together are only $107.00 if you don't want to do the program the application fee is $35.00 and we are waiving our deposit and only charging a $100.00 holding fee which will apply to your first month’s rent. We are located in a great area on military highway close to shopping restaurants as well as 2 minutes from the interstate. We offer you with your apartment a large swimming pool, two playgrounds, fitness center (located at another community), massage therapist.
